Sinohealth Technology Holdings Limited (formerly known as Sinohealth Holdings Limited) has changed its English name from “Sinohealth Holdings Limited” to “Sinohealth Technology Holdings Limited,” along with its Chinese name from “中康控股有限公司” to “中康科技控股有限公司.” According to the announcement, the certificate of incorporation on change of name was issued on 16 January 2026 in the Cayman Islands, and the corresponding certificate was issued on 10 February 2026 in Hong Kong.

Effective from 9:00 a.m. on 5 March 2026, the English stock short name on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “SINOHEALTH HLDG” to “SINOHEALTH TECH,” and the Chinese stock short name will be changed from “中康控股” to “中康科技控股.” The original stock code of 2361 remains unchanged. Existing share certificates bearing the old name continue to be valid evidence of title and will not affect shareholders’ rights.
