Mobvista buys back 307,000 shares for HKD 3.26 million, treasury stock rises to 890,000

Mobvista Inc. (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) disclosed that it repurchased 307,000 ordinary shares on 27 August 2026, paying an aggregate HKD 3.26 million at prices ranging between HKD 10.58 and HKD 10.65 per share. The volume-weighted average purchase price was approximately HKD 10.63.

Following the transaction, Mobvista’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.018 % to 1.70890 billion shares, down from 1.70921 billion on 26 August 2026. Treasury shares increased from 583,000 to 890,000, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.70979 billion.

The repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock; none have been cancelled. Under the shareholder mandate approved on 12 June 2026, Mobvista is authorised to buy back up to 162.16 million shares. Including the latest transaction, cumulative repurchases stand at 0.89 million shares, equivalent to 0.055 % of the issued shares at the mandate date, leaving roughly 161.27 million shares (99.45 % of the mandate) still available for future buybacks.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Mobvista is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 26 September 2026, unless it obtains prior approval from the Exchange.
