SPRING REIT (01426) announced that effective December 16, 2025, Mr. Hideya ISHINO will step down as a non-executive director of the manager, as well as a member of the audit committee and advisory committee. Mr. Xu Xiaolin will be appointed as a non-executive director of the manager and a member of the advisory committee, while Mr. Tadashi KONNO will be appointed as a non-executive director of the manager, as well as a member of both the audit committee and advisory committee.
