In a morning announcement, the company disclosed that its executive director and CEO, Cai Suixiong, recently purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares on the open market at an average price of approximately HK$14.6105 each, representing about 0.035% of the company's total issued shares. Dr. Cai expressed strong confidence in the group's overall development prospects and potential growth.
Adding to the positive momentum, IMPACT THERAP-B has been included as a constituent of the Hang Seng Composite Index, with the change set to take effect after market close on September 4 and become effective from September 7. The company's shares are expected to meet the criteria for inclusion in the Stock Connect programs covering both Shanghai and Shenzhen.
For the first half of this year, IMPACT THERAP-B reported revenue of RMB 105 million, a year-on-year increase of 316.8%, while its net loss narrowed by 29.5% compared to the same period last year.
Notably, the company's core product, Senaparib, has experienced rapid volume growth since being added to the National Medical Insurance Drug Catalogue on January 1. During the first half, Senaparib's sales revenue in China reached RMB 70.4 million, surging 877.8% year-on-year, with coverage extending to all provinces on the mainland and nearly 1,200 medical institutions.
