Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (Continental Aerospace Technologies) has received a Rule 22 disclosure under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers in connection with its proposed delisting. The filing details a series of derivative transactions executed on 18 August 2026 by J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, a Class (5) associate of the offeror.

J.P. Morgan issued a new derivative referencing 250,000 Continental Aerospace Technologies shares at a reference price of USD 0.4606, amounting to USD 0.12 million. It subsequently closed out four separate derivative contracts referencing a total of 6.69 million shares at a uniform reference price of USD 0.4569, for aggregate proceeds of USD 3.06 million.

Cumulatively, the day’s activity covered 6.94 million shares with a combined transaction value of USD 3.17 million. Following these dealings, J.P. Morgan’s derivative-related position in Continental Aerospace Technologies decreased to 393.92 million shares.

The disclosure notes that the transactions were executed for J.P. Morgan’s own account. J.P. Morgan Securities PLC is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and is classified as a connected party to the offeror under the Takeovers Code.
