Tongda Group (00698) has announced that on October 27, 2026, its indirectly owned non-wholly-owned subsidiary Tongda Chuangzhi used its idle funds to subscribe to a wealth management product offered by China Construction Bank (CCB), with a subscription amount of RMB20.031 million.

The announcement was made in a filing by Tongda Group (ASX: 00698), which disclosed that the subscription was made through its indirectly owned non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Tongda Chuangzhi, utilizing the company's idle capital to invest in a wealth management product from China Construction Bank (ASX: 601939).

The total subscription amount for the wealth management product was RMB20.031 million.
