Guangxi Rongshui County Enforces Strict Controls on Fresh Wet Rice Noodle Production Safety

Deep News01-19 15:52

To strengthen the food safety defenses for fresh wet rice noodles and prevent risks during nighttime production, the Market Supervision Administration of Rongshui County in Guangxi recently conducted surprise night inspections of local manufacturers. This initiative employs a "day + night" supervision model to safeguard public food safety.

Inspectors targeted the crucial nighttime production period for fresh wet rice noodles, focusing on three key areas: the control of raw and auxiliary materials, general hygiene practices in food production, and the prevention of food safety risks. They utilized a combination of on-site verification and record checks to validate product inventory management and strictly examined documentation and purchase records for materials like rice and starch, aiming to eliminate the overuse or unauthorized addition of food additives.

Within the production workshops, the inspection emphasized the implementation of controls at critical control points, the management of the production process, equipment cleaning and disinfection logs, and the operation of pest prevention facilities. A meticulous examination was conducted on equipment and packaging areas prone to microbial growth, with on-site supervision of product quality control to ensure the fresh wet rice noodles comply with safety standards.
