CGS Releases 2026 AGM Documents and Adopts Full Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) announced on 5 June 2026 that its circular, notice, and proxy form for the upcoming Annual General Meeting are now available on both the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.chinastock.com.cn).

Under the paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023 (HKEX Listing Rule 2.07), CGS has formally transitioned to electronic dissemination for all corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, and proxy forms.

Key shareholder actions: 1. Shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address by scanning the QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. 2. If no email is supplied, shareholders must monitor the CGS and HKEX websites for new documents; printed copies of actionable corporate communications will be mailed until an email address is registered. 3. Shareholders preferring hard copies of future communications may request printed versions free of charge. Such requests remain valid for one year from the date received.
