On September 30, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. acquired 547,626 shares of YUM CHINA (09987) by way of taking a security interest in shares in an off-exchange transaction, with consideration consisting of non-cash assets. This transaction was not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore does not constitute a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in YUM CHINA was 20.17 million shares, representing 5.95%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 20.72 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 6.11%.
