According to the company's first-quarter 2026 financial results, Labcorp delivered strong performance. Total revenue reached $3.54 billion, a year-over-year increase of 5.8%. Adjusted earnings per share were $4.25, up 10.6% year-over-year. Operating income grew 16.8% to $380.8 million. Based on these results, the company raised its full-year corporate revenue growth guidance to a range of 5.0% to 6.1% and increased its adjusted earnings per share guidance to between $17.70 and $18.35.

Strategically, the company recently announced an expanded partnership with Epic to make its full test menu available to hospitals and health systems via Epic's Aura platform, aiming to streamline laboratory integration and enhance access to diagnostic innovation. Labcorp has also partnered with Illumina to expand the application of advanced genomic testing in oncology.
