Tianyancha data indicates the company has a registered capital of 10 billion yuan and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. Yu Minhong personally serves as the legal representative and chairman. Its business scope covers tourism services, cultural and artistic exchanges, internet sales, and several other areas.
