China Coal Energy Granted Approval for Medium-Term Note Registration

China Coal Energy (01898) has announced that it recently received a Notice of Registration Acceptance from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors. The association has approved the registration of the company's medium-term notes. Key details of the approval are as follows: The registered amount for the medium-term notes is RMB 5 billion. The registration quota is valid for two years from the date of the notice. The joint lead underwriters for the issuance are China Securities, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and China CITIC Bank. Within the valid registration period, the company may issue the medium-term notes in multiple tranches. Following each issuance, the company must disclose the issuance results through channels recognized by the association.
