Shoucheng Holdings Expands Robotics Footprint with Strategic Investment in TARS

Bulletin Express04-16

Shoucheng Holdings Limited announced that a fund managed by its wholly owned subsidiary under Shoucheng Capital has completed an equity investment in Shanghai TARS Robotics Co., Ltd. (TARS).

The investment targets TARS’s continued research and development of embodied artificial intelligence technologies, including full-stack AI deployment, a human-centric data paradigm and a general-purpose embodied large model. TARS has already achieved a Guinness World Record for assembling the most sub-millimeter wire harnesses by a robot in one hour, underscoring its commercial-scale capability in complex flexible wire harness assembly.

Shoucheng Holdings expects the capital infusion to support TARS in accelerating core technology iterations and strengthening talent reserves, thereby enhancing China’s presence in global embodied AI. Management emphasized that the Group will maintain its commitment to the robotics sector by deepening strategic partnerships and pursuing industrial synergies to drive large-scale deployment of robotics across additional manufacturing scenarios.

The announcement was authorized by Chairman Zhao Tianyang on 16 April 2026. As of that date, the Board comprises four executive directors, two non-executive directors and five independent non-executive directors.
