China Rare Earth Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. (600259.SH) has released its 2025 annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 5.82 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year decrease of 53.80%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 128 million yuan. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company, after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, was 159 million yuan. Basic earnings per share were 0.38 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.15 yuan per share (including tax) to all shareholders. The report indicates that the change in operating revenue was primarily due to the business transformation of the trading company, which involved a further reduction in the scale of its low gross margin bulk metal trading business.
