InnoCare Issues 0.58 Million New RMB Shares Under 2024 Incentive Scheme; Hong Kong Share Count Unchanged

InnoCare Pharma Limited reported a minor change in its share capital following the attribution of the first tranche of the 2024 RMB Share Incentive Scheme. On 17 September 2026, the company issued 581,137 new RMB-denominated ordinary shares to 86 scheme participants at RMB 6.65 per share.

The issuance, listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, increased the RMB share count to 273.40 million from 272.82 million—an incremental dilution of 0.03 %.

No changes occurred in the Hong Kong-listed share class, which remains at 1.49 billion ordinary shares. Consequently, InnoCare’s combined share capital across both markets now stands at approximately 1.77 billion shares.

The board confirms that the share allotment complied with all applicable regulatory and listing requirements. No share repurchases, cancellations or on-market sales of treasury shares were reported during the period.
