CON AERO TECH Leaves Share Capital Unchanged in March; Confirms Public Float Compliance

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) reported no movements in either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 March 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 April 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, corresponding to HKD 1.00 billion in registered capital.

Issued shares were stable at 9.30 billion, and the issuer held no treasury shares. Consequently, the total number of issued shares stood unchanged at 9.30 billion.

CON AERO TECH confirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares as of 31 March 2026.

There were no share option grants, warrant issues, convertible securities, or other equity-linked arrangements during the reporting period, and no repurchases or cancellations of shares were recorded.

The monthly return was signed by Company Secretary Kwok Chi Ho, affirming compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
