DAMAI ENT Publishes 2025/26 Annual Report, AGM Circular and ESG Report Online; Printed Copies Available on Request

Damai Entertainment Holdings Limited has released its 2025/26 Annual Report, the accompanying AGM Circular dated 21 July 2026, the related proxy form and its 2025/26 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report.

The full English and Chinese versions of all documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.damaiholdings.com) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive physical copies will find them enclosed with the notification package.

Investors may, at any time and without charge, switch between electronic and printed formats for current or future corporate communications by submitting the Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via email (1060-ecom@vistra.com) or post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong).

Shareholders opting for electronic delivery will receive email or written notifications when new communications are posted online. Those experiencing difficulty accessing the electronic versions can obtain printed copies free of charge upon written request.

The board encourages electronic access to reduce environmental impact and lower distribution costs. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
