Lvji Technology Holdings Inc. (Lvji Tech) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and continued compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) public-float requirements.

Authorised Capital • Authorised share capital stood unchanged at USD 100.00 million, representing 200.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.50 each.

Issued and Treasury Shares • Issued share count (excluding treasury shares) closed the month at 50.62 million, identical to the prior month. • The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share issuances, cancellations, or repurchases during August.

Share Option and Award Schemes • The 20 December 2019 share-option scheme reported zero options outstanding or exercised in August, leaving capacity for up to 2.82 million new shares to be granted. • Under the 21 January 2022 share-award scheme—adjusted for a 50-to-1 share consolidation effective 29 July 2026—1.08 million consolidated shares remain available for future awards. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred under the scheme during the month.

Public Float • Lvji Tech confirmed adherence to HKEX’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 August 2026.

Capital Stability • Total increases or decreases in issued shares and treasury shares during the month were both nil, underscoring a stable equity base and no dilution for existing shareholders.
