CBHB Reports Stable Share Capital and Maintains Public Float Compliance for July 2026

China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. (CBHB) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that the bank’s share structure remained unchanged throughout the month.

• Authorised share capital stayed at 17.76 billion ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1.00 each, split between 6.20 billion H shares listed in Hong Kong and 11.56 billion domestic unlisted shares.

• Issued share capital mirrored the authorised amount at 17.76 billion shares. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased, and the company held zero treasury shares at month-end.

• For the 6.20 billion H shares traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, CBHB confirmed compliance with the minimum public-float requirement of 18.37 % as prescribed at the time of listing.

• The return recorded no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other agreements that could dilute the current share base.

The disclosure, signed by Chairman Wang Jinhong and submitted on 5 August 2026, underscores CBHB’s stable capital structure and adherence to listing regulations during the reporting period.
