SANVO CHEMICALS (00301) announced that Mr. Zhu Lun has resigned from his position as Company Secretary, effective March 27, 2026, due to his personal business arrangements. Following his resignation, Mr. Zhu will continue to serve as an Executive Director of the Company, an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, and a member of other Board committees. Mr. Chen Bingqiang has ceased to act as an authorised representative, effective March 27, 2026. After stepping down from this role, Mr. Chen will remain as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, and a member of other Board committees. Mr. Man Wan Wah has been appointed as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective March 27, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Wang Xiaorong, a Non-executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Company's Nomination Committee, also effective March 27, 2026.
