On December 12-13, the inspection team from Shandong Provincial Department of Transport conducted a special archives inspection for the Mingcun to Dongjiakou Highway Project (referred to as the "Ming-Dong Project"), invested and constructed by Shandong Hi-Speed Group. The team reviewed reports from project participants, inspected the archives room, and examined engineering documentation. After evaluation, the project passed the inspection.
The Ming-Dong Project has prioritized archives management as a key measure to ensure standardized construction and long-term sustainability. By establishing a robust institutional framework and integrating management responsibilities into project assessments, the project has synchronized archives management with construction progress.
Through a comprehensive control mechanism, archives management has been embedded in critical phases such as preliminary planning, construction, and quality control. This approach has created a well-structured, responsibility-driven, and dynamic archives management system, ensuring standardized collection, organization, and filing.
The project has systematically compiled nine major categories of archives, which accurately document the entire process from planning to construction. These records provide reliable references for future operations, maintenance, and technical upgrades while laying a solid foundation for final project acceptance.
Moving forward, Shandong Hi-Speed Ming-Dong Highway Co., Ltd. will use this inspection as an opportunity to refine archives management processes, consolidate best practices, and enhance efficiency. The company will strictly implement the requirements of the "Standardization System Construction Year," adopting stricter standards and more precise management to elevate professionalism and contribute to the standardization of highway industry archives management.
