Hisense Home Appliances Group Co.,Ltd. recently disclosed its 2025 annual report and executive compensation details. While the company experienced a decline in both revenue and net profit, the salary of Chairman and President Gao Yunling increased to 2.8648 million yuan. This represents a rise of 508,200 yuan, or 21.6%, compared to her 2024 compensation of 2.3566 million yuan.
According to the annual report, Hisense Home Appliances reported revenue of 87.928 billion yuan in 2025, a decrease of 5.19% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders was 3.187 billion yuan, down 4.82% compared to the previous year. This marks the company's first revenue decline in recent years. Overall, achieving such results under the circumstances is considered reasonably good performance.
Gao Yunling, who had served as Chairman for many years since November 2024, assumed the additional role of President in July 2025. She has been fully at the helm of the company for only one year. Since taking leadership, she has implemented a strategy of "refined management and control," emphasizing financial discipline and cost optimization.
It is noteworthy that the former president, Hu Jianyong, received pre-tax compensation of 2.9935 million yuan before his departure. His total compensation for 2024 was 4.0613 million yuan. Gao Yunling's 2025 compensation remains significantly lower than Hu Jianyong's full-year 2024 remuneration.
From a professional background perspective, Gao Yunling has a strong financial background and previously led overseas mergers and acquisitions and integration efforts. The 2025 annual report indicates that net cash flow from operating activities was 5.796 billion yuan, an increase of 12.94% year-on-year. This resulted in counter-trend growth in operating cash flow, with continued improvement in cash flow quality. Furthermore, cash outflow from financing activities decreased from 10.048 billion yuan the previous year to 6.992 billion yuan, indicating some relief in debt repayment pressure.
These financial achievements by Hisense Home Appliances are attributed in part to the contributions of Chairman and President Gao Yunling.
