Fosun International Limited reported a net reduction of 8.50 million ordinary shares for the month ended 31 July 2026, following on-market repurchases executed between 25 June and 10 July and formally cancelled on 17 July.
After the cancellation, total issued shares fell to 8.13 billion, down from 8.14 billion at the end of June. The group held no treasury shares at either period-end.
Fosun confirmed that its public float remained above the 20% minimum threshold required by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Share-based incentives saw 9.12 million options lapse across three option schemes—2007, 2017 and 2023—with no option exercises during the month. As a result, 645.69 million options remain outstanding, all of which could be converted into new shares subject to future exercises. No cash proceeds were received from option exercises in July.
The company reported no new share issues, warrant conversions, or convertible bond activities during the period.
