Capital Structure Impact • Pre-placing share count: 40.52 billion shares (Class A 1.26%, Class B 98.74%). • Post-placing share count: 42.22 billion shares, comprising: – Class A: 0.51 billion shares (1.21%) – Class B: 41.71 billion shares (98.79%), of which the new investors hold 1.70 billion shares (4.03% of total capital). • Dilution: The placement expanded total issued shares by 4.20% and Class B shares by 4.25% pre-transaction.
