EXTREME VISION migrates shareholder communications to digital-only format, printed copies available on request

Bulletin Express04-23

EXTREME VISION (Shandong Extreme Vision Technology Co., Ltd.) will distribute all future corporate communications exclusively through electronic channels, according to a board notice dated 22 April 2026.

The change follows amendments to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules that took effect on 31 December 2023, which encourage listed issuers to adopt paper-free dissemination practices.

Key points of the new arrangement:

• Scope of documents: Annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and any other shareholder communications will be posted in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.extremevision.com.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

• No postal alerts: Shareholders will not receive hard-copy notifications when new documents are uploaded. They are expected to monitor the websites proactively.

• Printed copies by request: Non-registered shareholders may obtain hard copies by completing a Request Form and returning it to the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 6636-ecom@vistra.com.

• Validity period: Each hard-copy request remains effective until the last day of the company’s next financial year unless the shareholder revokes or supersedes it earlier. Subsequent years will require a new written request.

• Enquiries: Tricor’s hotline (+852 2980 1333) is open Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, excluding public holidays.

The notice was signed by Chairman, Executive Director and General Manager Mr Chan Chan Kit on behalf of the board.
