China Southern Airlines posts stable H-share capital; converts 648 A-shares from RMB5.90 billion convertible bonds in June

China Southern Airlines Company Limited filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing for the period ended 30 June 2026.

• Authorised/registered capital remained at 18.12 billion shares, split between 4.64 billion H-shares (par value RMB1.00) and 13.48 billion A-shares.

• Issued H-shares were unchanged at 4.64 billion. The company confirmed compliance with the minimum 5% public-float requirement for this class.

• Issued A-shares increased marginally by 648 shares to 13.48 billion. The rise stemmed from the conversion of the company’s A-share convertible bonds. – Outstanding principal of the bonds stood at RMB5.90 billion after the period’s RMB4,000 reduction. – Conversion price: RMB6.17 per share (adjusted 28 November 2022). – Shares still convertible under the instrument total 955.58 million.

• No treasury shares were held or transacted during the month; the company reported no share options, warrants, Hong Kong depositary receipts or other equity instruments outstanding.

The return was submitted on 2 July 2026 and signed by Joint Company Secretary Chen Wei Hua, affirming full compliance with Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
