According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 12th, Fidelity Fund Management Co., Ltd. increased its holding in PHANCY (HKEX: 06682) by 3.2875 million shares.
The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$28.69 per share, involving a total consideration of around HK$94.322 million.
Following this acquisition, Fidelity's total shareholding in the company has risen to approximately 18.3861 million shares.
This holding now represents a 5.12% stake in the company's issued share capital.
