The 18th Xuanyuan Automotive Bluebook Forum, themed "Turning Point," was held in Guangzhou from May 15 to 17. GWMOTOR Chairman Wei Jianjun addressed the previous apology incident, stating he felt "no psychological burden." He also mentioned that within the company, he is the quickest to engage in self-reflection.

"As long as I make a mistake, I am the first to admit it and reflect. I believe that having a culture of self-reflection and seeking truth from facts is crucial within a company. If the boss is hypocritical and evasive, then if my subordinates have issues in the future and follow my example, wouldn't I be setting a bad precedent for them?" he said.

He noted that society is very tolerant. Moreover, bosses are human too. If one portrays oneself as too perfect and without any flaws, that would be inhuman.
