Chanjet Announces RMB0.25 Final Dividend per Share for FY2025, Payment Set for 30 June 2026

Chanjet Information Technology Company Limited has declared a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 0.25 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to its latest announcement dated 26 March 2026.

Shareholders will vote on the proposal at the annual general meeting scheduled for 8 May 2026. Key dates related to the distribution are as follows:

• Ex-dividend date: 13 May 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 14 May 2026 (by 16:30) • Book-closure period: 15 May 2026 – 20 May 2026 • Record date: 20 May 2026 • Payment date: 30 June 2026

Withholding tax framework: 1. Non-resident enterprise shareholders will have 10% corporate income tax withheld. 2. Non-resident individual shareholders domiciled in Hong Kong, Macau or jurisdictions with a 10% treaty rate will face a 10% withholding rate. 3. For individuals from jurisdictions with treaty rates below 10%, treaty benefits may apply upon proper filing; otherwise a 10% rate is imposed. 4. Mainland individual residents holding H-shares will have 20% individual income tax withheld. 5. Mainland enterprise shareholders are responsible for self-assessment and payment of corporate income tax; Chanjet will not withhold.
