Boyaa Interactive repurchases 440,000 shares, lifting treasury stock to 13.38 million

Boyaa Interactive International Limited disclosed a repurchase of 440,000 ordinary shares on 10 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The buyback was executed within a price range of HKD 2.00 to HKD 2.05 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.0344 and an aggregate consideration of approximately HKD 0.90 million.

Key post-transaction metrics:

• Outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.06 % to 757.60 million. • Treasury shares rose to 13.38 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 770.98 million. • Since the 18 June 2026 buy-back mandate, Boyaa Interactive has repurchased 4.80 million shares, representing 0.63 % of the 763.99 million shares outstanding on the mandate date. The company is authorised to repurchase up to 76.24 million shares under the current mandate. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals remains in effect through 9 August 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement dated 26 May 2026.
