ESTUN: Executive Director He Lingjun Steps Down; Wu Kan Becomes Interim Financial Director

Bulletin Express04-29 22:03

ESTUN Automation Co., Ltd. (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) announced that Executive Director, Financial Director and Deputy General Manager Mr. He Lingjun resigned from all positions, effective 30 April 2026. His departure also leaves a vacancy on the Board’s Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, which the Board intends to fill as soon as practicable.

Mr. He cited the need to devote more time to personal matters and family. The Company confirmed that his resignation does not reduce the Board below the statutory minimum quorum, and Mr. He has expressed no disagreement with the Board.

To ensure continuity in financial management, the Board appointed Mr. Wu Kan—currently an Executive Director, Vice-Chairman of the Board and General Manager—as the temporary Financial Director. Mr. Wu joined the Group in 2013, became a Director in July 2020 and previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from June 2010 to June 2013. He also holds senior roles in key subsidiaries such as Nanjing Estun Robot Engineering Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Dingpai Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.

The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. He’s contributions and confirmed that normal operations remain unaffected.
