Bank of Ningbo Approves Nominees for Ninth Board of Directors

Bank Of Ningbo Co.,Ltd. announced the resolutions from the 13th meeting of its eighth board of directors. The meeting reviewed and passed the proposal concerning the list of director candidates for the company's ninth board of directors. The approved list of director candidates is as follows:

Shareholder Directors: Xie Gongyi, Zhou Jianhua, Chen Yongming, Chen Chusheng, Liu Xinyu Executive Directors: Zhuang Lingjun, Feng Peijiong, Lou Songsong Independent Directors: Bei Duoguang, Li Hao, Hong Peili, Wang Wei'an, Li Renjie

An employee director is yet to be elected by the company's staff congress.

The aforementioned independent director candidates must obtain a no-objection review from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange before being submitted to the shareholders' meeting for deliberation. This proposal will be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for review and is subject to qualification approval by regulatory authorities.
