PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk confirmed that the overall coordinators partially exercised the over-allotment option on 23 July 2026, covering 3.04 million Hong Kong Depositary Receipts (HDRs)—equivalent to roughly 3.4% of the initial 89.67 million-unit Global Offering. The HDRs were placed at the offer price of HK$26.60 each, exclusive of customary levies and fees.
The company will not receive additional proceeds from this transaction; instead, the net proceeds accrue to the 12 selling shareholders and over-allotment option grantors. Their combined stake in Merdeka Gold slips marginally from 12.7% to 12.5% following the sale. Notable changes include Continuum SPC’s interest falling to 1.7% (from 1.7% after rounding) and Mr Winato Kartono’s shareholding easing to 3.6% from 3.7%.
The stabilisation period tied to the listing concluded on 23 July 2026, 30 days after the Hong Kong Public Offering closed. During this window, stabilising manager CLSA Limited:
1. Over-allocated 13.45 million HDRs (15.0% of the offer size) in the International Offering. 2. Purchased 10.41 million HDRs on-market at prices between HK$21.84 and HK$26.60, the final purchase occurring on 22 July 2026 at HK$24.38. 3. Exercised the aforementioned 3.04 million-unit over-allotment option to meet deferred delivery commitments.
Any unexercised portion of the option lapsed upon the stabilisation period’s end.
