Shanghai International Airport reports 7.89% passenger growth at Pudong in July

Shanghai International Airport Co.,Ltd. (600009.SH) has released its operational data for July 2026. At Shanghai Pudong International Airport, aircraft movements totaled 51,280 sorties, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 5.37%.

Passenger throughput reached 8.0716 million, up 7.89% compared to the same period last year. Cargo and mail throughput was 406,800 tonnes, showing a robust 14.59% increase.

At Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, aircraft movements were 24,530 sorties, a year-on-year rise of 2.93%. Passenger throughput came in at 4.4373 million, up 4.85% from the previous year. However, cargo and mail throughput declined by 0.87% to 35,200 tonnes.
