Laopu Gold releases 2025 Annual Report and AGM circular, transitions to electronic dissemination

Bulletin Express04-16

On 17 April 2026, Laopu Gold announced that its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular and the notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting have been published in both English and Chinese. The documents are now available on the HKEXnews website and the company’s own site (www.lphj.com).

In parallel, the board confirmed full adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, aligning with the expanded paper-free regime under Listing Rule 2.07 that took effect on 31 December 2023. Consequently, shareholders will access directors’ reports, audited accounts, interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms exclusively online unless a hard-copy request is lodged.

Non-registered investors—whose shares are held through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees—must supply a functional email address to their intermediaries to receive electronic notifications. Absent an email address, investors will not receive release alerts and will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites directly.

Printed versions remain available free of charge. Requests can be sent by email to lphj.ecom@computershare.com.hk or submitted in writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai. Enquiries may be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2862 8688 during standard business hours.
