On March 31, 2026, BUSYMING, China's largest leisure snack and beverage chain retailer, announced its 2025 full-year performance. According to the data, the company's total gross merchandise volume (GMV) reached 93.569 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 68.5%. Revenue amounted to 66.17 billion yuan, up 68.2% compared to the previous year. Net profit surged 180.9% to 2.329 billion yuan, while adjusted net profit rose 194.9% to 2.692 billion yuan.

By the end of 2025, BUSYMING operated a total of 21,948 stores under its brands "Snack Busy" and "Zhao Yiming Snacks," covering 30 provinces and all city tiers across China. This marks the company's first annual results since listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, demonstrating both stable operations and high-quality growth.

It is noteworthy that China's leisure snack and beverage retail market offers vast potential, with the industry continuing to expand. According to a report from the National Bureau of Statistics and Frost & Sullivan, the market size is projected to grow to 49 trillion yuan by 2029. Within this trillion-yuan industry landscape, leading companies with strong operational capabilities and efficient supply chain systems are expected to continue capturing growth opportunities.
