Petrobras (Petroleo Brasileiro S.A.), through its subsidiary Petrobras Global Finance B.V. (PGF), has delivered the early redemption price notice to holders of its global notes maturing in 2028 with a coupon rate of 5.999%.
The aggregate outstanding principal amount subject to this redemption totals approximately $1.08 billion, excluding accrued and unpaid interest. The total redemption payment, excluding accrued interest, amounts to about $1.09 billion.
Settlement for this redemption is scheduled for September 25.
