Xingtai's AEO-Certified Enterprises Reach 29, Ranking Second Provincewide

Deep News09-14

A recent credit evaluation in Xingtai, conducted under the newly revised Customs Registration and Filing Enterprise Credit Management Measures, has certified Hebei Zhongren Fertilizer Group Co., Ltd. from Ningjin County as an AEO enterprise. This brings the city's total number of AEO-certified companies to 29, securing the second-highest count in the province.

Hebei Zhongren Fertilizer Group Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise, exports over 40 product lines to various overseas agricultural regions. According to Chen Jing, a company official, the AEO status grants benefits such as prioritized customs processing, expedited clearance, and reduced inspection rates. These advantages facilitate market expansion and help the firm establish a stronger foothold in the global fertilizer sector.

The updated credit management measures introduce a new "Certified Enterprise" tier alongside the existing "Advanced Certified Enterprise" classification, forming a two-level AEO structure. This adjustment offers more tailored credit recognition pathways for small and medium-sized foreign trade businesses.

In cultivating AEO enterprises, Xingtai Customs emphasizes nurturing leading companies within county-level specialty foreign trade industries, using their success to encourage broader participation in AEO certification. A long-term service mechanism, focused on transitioning certified firms from initial accreditation to continuous optimization, supports their international competitiveness.
