Dongyue Group Limited has informed its non-registered shareholders that the company’s 2026 Interim Report is now accessible online in both English and Chinese. The document can be viewed through the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website (www.dongyuechem.com) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board states that, starting from the publication date of each corporate communication, shareholders who are not directly registered will receive an email or postal notice advising them of the web-based version.
