Shenzhen King Explorer Science And Technology Corporation (002917.SZ) announced that on November 6, 2025, the Department of Safety Production under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized an appraisal meeting in Anqing, Anhui Province, for the scientific achievement of the "Unmanned Powdered Emulsion Explosive Production Line Technology Without 'Class 0' Hazardous Equipment." This project was jointly developed by the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hebei King Explorer Success Electromechanical Co., Ltd. ("Success Electromechanical"), Anhui Jiangnan Chemical Co., Ltd., and Anhui Xiangke Chemical Co., Ltd.

The appraisal committee reviewed the project research report, technical summary report, and related materials, inspected the trial production site, and conducted random tests on product performance. After deliberation, the committee concluded that the project's overall technology has reached a domestically leading level and approved its scientific achievement appraisal.

Key innovations of the project include: 1. The first application of a static emulsifier in a powdered emulsion explosive production line, eliminating all "Class 0" hazardous equipment. 2. Integration of automated control, safety interlock systems, video surveillance, and access control to achieve fully unmanned production, significantly enhancing intrinsic safety. 3. Compliance with the *Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Transformation and Upgrading of the Civil Explosives Industry*, which emphasizes improving intrinsic safety and reducing human involvement in hazardous operations.
