New Amante Group (08412) announced that the board has proposed to change the company's English name from "New Amante Group Limited" to "QI Group Holdings Limited", and its Chinese dual foreign name from "新爱德集团有限公司" to "品质生活集团控股有限公司".
The proposed name change is subject to shareholders' approval at a general meeting, and the company will follow up with the necessary procedures to implement the change once approved.
