The total is divided into 50.00 million Class A Ordinary Shares and 900.00 million Class B Ordinary Shares, both at a par value of US$0.0001. The issued share capital was likewise unchanged, with 27.00 million Class A shares and 130.14 million Class B shares outstanding as of the end of the month, and the public float requirement of 15% is confirmed to have been met.
Under the 2021 Plan, 14,473 Class B share options were exercised and 22,228 lapsed, leaving 8.48 million share options outstanding.
