BAMA TEA Repurchases 20,000 H Shares, Treasury Stock Climbs to 1.22 Million

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. (BAMA TEA) disclosed that it repurchased 20,000 H shares on 22 September 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buyback was executed within a price range of HKD 26.90 to HKD 27.66 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HKD 27.39 and an aggregate outlay of approximately HKD 0.55 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 83.70 million from 83.72 million, a reduction of 0.02%. • Treasury shares rose to 1.22 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 84.92 million.

The repurchase represents 0.0239% of BAMA TEA’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) immediately before the transaction. Since shareholders approved the current buyback mandate on 21 April 2026, the company has repurchased 1.22 million shares—2.31% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—out of a total authorization of 5.30 million shares.

All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. Under Hong Kong listing rules, BAMA TEA is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 22 October 2026.

The board confirms that the repurchase complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and all relevant regulatory requirements.
