Wynn Macau Ltd. announced on 27 April 2026 that it has officially adopted a paper-less, electronic-only distribution model for all future corporate communications—including circulars, annual and interim reports, AGM notices and proxy forms—pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules effective since 31 December 2023.
Both English and Chinese versions of the latest Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form have been posted on the company’s website (www.wynnmacaulimited.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies accompany this notice only for shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy delivery.
Key operational changes: • Future communications will be provided solely through the two websites; no printed copies will be dispatched unless specifically requested. • Non-registered shareholders must supply a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive electronic publication notifications. • Shareholders encountering difficulties accessing online documents, or preferring hard copies, can request printed versions free of charge by writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) or emailing wynnmacau.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
Failure to provide an email address may result in shareholders not receiving publication alerts, in which case they should regularly check the company and HKEXnews websites for updates.
Enquiries can be directed to the Hong Kong share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).
The notice was issued by Dr. Allan Zeman, Chairman of Wynn Macau, reinforcing the group’s commitment to environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance under Hong Kong’s enhanced paperless listing framework.
