For the four-month period ended April 30, 2026, the group's total contract sales were approximately RMB150 million, with attributable contract sales also around RMB150 million. This represents a decrease of 53.56% compared to the same period last year. The total sales area for this period was 11,400 square meters, with an attributable sales area of 11,438 square meters. The average selling price was about RMB13,121 per square meter, and the attributable average selling price was approximately RMB13,118 per square meter.
