On September 1st, Henan Shenhuo Coal﹠Power Co.,Ltd. announced that Mr. Li Wei and Mr. Cui Jianyou have retired due to age-related reasons, resigning from their positions as Vice Chairman and Director, and Director respectively. Mr. Wu Changwei has resigned from his position as Deputy General Manager due to work changes. All three resignations take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors.
