Bosideng Executes HKD 135.27 Million Share Buyback; 34.00 Million Shares Await Cancellation

Bosideng International Holdings Limited completed a series of on-market repurchases between 21 September and 2 October 2026, acquiring a total of 34.00 million ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.29 % of the company’s issued share capital before the transactions.

The purchases were carried out in eight tranches at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD 3.92 to HKD 4.04 per share. Aggregate consideration amounted to approximately HKD 135.27 million, implying an average cost of HKD 3.98 per share.

All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as of the reporting date. Consequently, Bosideng’s issued share count remained unchanged at 11.73 billion shares on 2 October 2026.

The buybacks were executed under the general mandate approved on 20 August 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 1.17 billion shares. Following the latest transactions, 34.00 million shares (0.29 % of the approved limit) have been utilised under this mandate.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06, Bosideng is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales, lasting through 1 November 2026.
