The value of the transferred shares was HK$10.8455 million, representing 9.68% of the holdings. Separately, GLOBALSTRAT recently released its final results for the year ending September 30, 2025. The group reported revenue of HK$360 million, a 62.68% increase year-on-year. However, the loss attributable to company owners was HK$18.715 million, an increase of 19.69% compared to the previous year. The loss per share was 25.25 HK cents.
