C STRATEGIC TEC reminds shareholders to submit email addresses for electronic corporate communications

Bulletin Express04-29 17:06

China Strategic Technology Group Limited (C STRATEGIC TEC) issued a shareholder reminder dated 30 April 2026 confirming full migration to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications.

The company reiterated that English and Chinese versions of documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted on both the corporate website (www.cncstg.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be mailed automatically.

Shareholders who have not yet provided an email address are urged to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Until a functional email address is registered: 1. Shareholders will not receive publication notices. 2. They must check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively. 3. “Actionable Corporate Communications” will continue to be sent in hard-copy form.

Investors preferring physical documents may request printed copies via the reply form or by emailing cstg.ecom@computershare.com.hk; this instruction will remain valid for one year from receipt.

For enquiries, shareholders can contact Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited on +852 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
