Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (CG Services) has announced details of the final and special dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025, set at RMB0.4641 per ordinary share.
Shareholders recorded on 11 June 2026 are entitled to elect between a full cash dividend or new fully-paid ordinary shares of US$0.0001 each under a scrip dividend scheme.
Key timetable • Record date: 11 June 2026 • Deadline for submitting the scrip election form: 4:30 p.m., 27 July 2026 • Dispatch of share certificates and/or cash dividend warrants: 21 August 2026 (by ordinary post, at shareholders’ risk)
Election mechanics 1. Eligible shareholders who prefer cash only do not need to take any action. 2. To receive all or part of the dividend in new shares, shareholders must complete, sign and return the prescribed form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, by the stated deadline. 3. If the form is signed but no share amount is specified—or if the amount exceeds the shareholder’s actual holding—the election will automatically apply to the entire registered holding on the record date. 4. Failure to lodge the form by the deadline will result in the dividend being paid wholly in cash.
Administrative notes • The right to choose the scrip option is non-transferable. • Joint holders must all sign the form; corporate holders must sign through an authorised officer. • CG Services’ decision is final in the event of any dispute regarding the scheme.
